Magically Horrific Content:

All artwork is original. All artwork is fan made. All products are fan made. The purpose of SOADA Inc. content is to bring parody to an already existing idea through fan art. Given the large number of Fantasy Art collectors, MH also serves as an outlet available to those specific collectors. The nature of the work used is designed to NOT be taken serious; everything you see is a parody.

The Contents of the Site are intended for personal, non-commercial use except of the ability to purchase goods online. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site, or any related software.

All SOADA Inc. designs are fan made. MH product artwork are parodies. Through the Fair Use Act, a doctrine in the law, artists are permitted "limited use of copyrighted material without having to first acquire permission from the copyright holder” [https://en.wikipedia.org] as well as under Title 17 of the US Code, SOADA Inc. can create fan parody art. For more information, "Section 107 of the Copyright Act is the section that provides for fair use, a doctrine which allows certain actions which otherwise would amount to copyright infringement. Fraud:

MH takes fraud prevention very serious. We reserve the right to flag any online order for fraud prevention purposes. This may cause delays in processing. Customers are encouraged to provide accurate contact information. Customers submitting orders with varying information may be subject to such delays in processing. Flagged orders may be held from processing to await explanation. First-time orders from new customers at above-average dollar amounts may only be authorized to ship to the billing address provided. Orders submitted using unsupported or international credit card information may be asked to confirm authorization.

Consumer Agreement:

By agreeing to our Terms of Service, you confirm that MH product CANNOT be traded or re-sold at any Walt Disney theme parks nor any other theme parks that have a pin trading system. 

Through our terms, you are also in agreement that you understand that all product listed in this online store is used for parody; you will not re-list any items as authentic nor licensed.

MH is not liable for any damages of any kind related to use of the site/service.

SOADA Inc. Communications:

By agreeing to MH Terms Of Service, you agree that SOADA Inc. may send information to you via email/electronic mail so that you are aware of any updates or changes made/upcoming events within MH.

Through the use of this website/online store and MH pin service, you fully agree to indemnify MH owners or affiliates from any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use.

Pin PreOrder Policy: 

PreOrders for pins can take anywhere from 4-8 months (sometimes 12 if there are unforeseen delays) to finish. During the pin making progress, I approve and reject colors/effects all the time which does cause extra wait time.  If you do not feel comfortable waiting, there is always a small amount of extra pins available once all preorders have shipped. You can keep track of your pin production by following @thedisneymonster on Instagram. If you do NOT have access to Social Media you may always inquire via email: MagicallyHorrific@outlook.com for updates on production. 

You have 24 hours from the preorder purchase date/time to cancel your preorder.  If an order is canceled, the collector forfeits the pre-order discounted price. To cancel a preorder, please email MagicallyHorrific@outlook.com with your order number. If it has been passed 24 hours, your preorder has solidified.

Novelty Purse PreOrder Policy: 

PreOrders for purses can take anywhere from 1-3 months (sometimes 4 if there are unforeseen delays) to finish.  If you do not feel comfortable waiting, there is always a small amount of extra purses available once all preorders have shipped. You can keep track of your purse production by following @MagicallyHorrific on Instagram. If you do NOT have access to Social Media you may always inquire via email: MagicallyHorrific@outlook.com for updates on production.

Using PayPal to checkout? Please remember that PayPal Protection stops after 6 months-if a pin has taken longer than 6 months and you are concerned, please reach out by emailing MagicallyHorrific@outlook.com. 

Sales Tax Policy: 

A sales tax will be applied to all California  & New Jersey orders. SOADA Inc. is required by the state of California & New Jersey to collect this sales tax. If you have any questions regarding your sales tax, please email MagicallyHorrific@outlook.com. We understand any concerns!
