Refund policy

Pin Refund Policy: If you receive a damaged product please email MagicallyHorrific@Outlook.com with a photo of the error and order number within 2 days of receiving the flawed item. If you are extremely unhappy with your purchase, please email MagicallyHorrific@outlook.com. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping and processing costs.

Pin Exchange Policy:  Exchanges can be made if your item has noticeable damage/error that was made by the factory. Please remember that no pin is perfect and no pin is the same as these are hand painted. Depending on the reason for exchange, you may be responsible for return shipping and processing costs.
If an exchange agreement is made, Magically Horrific will not ship the new item until the original has been received. The collector must ship the item back within 5 days of receiving confirmation of the exchange. After 5 days of no drop off, we will not accept the exchange. MH is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. If an item says delivered, we will not send a new one. In this case, please check with your neighbors, wait a couple days for it to arrive due to a faulty arrival scan, or contact your local USPS to file a claim.

Novelty Purse & Apparel Return Policy: All bags and apparel are final sales unless a defective item is received. Defective includes but is not limited to broken zippers, sliced fabric, and extensive exposed glue.Preorder: Bags are limited to 5 OF THE SAME DESIGN PER HOUSEHOLD. Orders that have more than 5 of the same design being sent to the SAME household will be canceled and refunded. Post production: 2 per household. Continued void of this policy will result in be removed from shopping with us.
Handbags are machine embroidered guided by hand; please leave some room for imperfections. If an exchange is agreed to, you have 2 weeks (not including Sunday) to ship back the item. After 2 weeks of non-movement, your exchange has been voided and we will no longer accept the item back. If an item says delivered, we will not send a new one. If a return is made, you will be charged a $10 restocking fee.
