Shipping policy
Please be aware of our processing time, typically ranging from 15 to 20 business days in addition to the shipping duration.
We only offer USA Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail shipping in the United States for orders over $55.00. Priority Mail insures your collectible and allows a shorter travel time. We thank our postal workers for their continued dedication to delivering our keepsakes!
We are not responsible for lost mail. We are not responsible for unresponsive tracking updates. Please use your digression when choosing your shipping preferences.
INSURANCE COVERAGE Policy: If an order total is over $100 and you would like extra insurance coverage, please email MagicallyHorrific@outlook.com with your order number and we will invoice you the extra insurance fee costs. Priority Mail & Ground Advantage only covers up to $100 worth of merchandise.
INTL Shipping Policy: If an order has a shipping balance needed, due to weight, we will send a private invoice for that difference to be paid. INTL shipping fees are based on the weight of one average LE pin. If multiple items are added OR. purse, the shipping rate will increase.
Combine Order Policy: Please do not combine presales with ready to ship items.
Items can sell out in your cart while shopping—please use your own digression when shopping on multiple LE item drop days.
PREORDER Address Change Policy: Since a lot of pre-orders take place, MH understands if you have an address change. If you do have an address change you must email MagicallyHorrific@outlook.com so that we can adjust. If you have an address change and forget to notify Magically Horrific then we are not responsible for the location/retrieving of the item.
Customers may request an intercept ($25.00 fee sent as goods in PayPal) if and only if the item is eligible for an intercept. To request an intercept, please email MagicallyHorrific@outlook.com.
Address Change Policy: If you place an order in the shop and you need to change the address, please email MagicallyHorrific@outlook.com with your order number ASAP.
Multiple Purse Shipping Policy: If you place an order with multiple purses, you will be invoiced separate shipping fees for each purse. Each purse has its' own shipping fee of $10 or $14 (signature required). If you have any questions, please email MagicallyHorrific@outlook.com with your order number.
Ship To Name Policy: All products are sent to the individual's name on the order; SOADA Inc. cannot ship items to potential pin traders receiving your purchase. This is to prevent any errors from happening during the shipping process. Most important, this is to protect your purchase. SOADA Inc. will only ship to the name on the order.
