PreOrder Policy

 

Pin PreOrder Policy: 

PreOrders for pins can take anywhere from 4-8 months (sometimes 12 if there are unforeseen delays) to finish. During the pin making progress, I approve and reject colors/effects all the time which does cause extra wait time.  If you do not feel comfortable waiting, there is always a small amount of extra pins available once all preorders have shipped. Please do not combine a preorder with a ready to ship item. You can keep track of your pin production by following @magicallyhorrific on Instagram. If you do NOT have access to Social Media you may always inquire via email: MagicallyHorrific@outlook.com for updates on production. 

You have 24 hours from the preorder purchase date/time to cancel your preorder.  If an order is canceled, the collector forfeits the pre-order discounted price. To cancel a preorder, please email MagicallyHorrific@outlook.com with your order number. If it has been passed 24 hours, your preorder has solidified.

Bag PreOrder Policy: 

PreOrders for bags can take anywhere from 3-6 months to finish. If you do not feel comfortable waiting, there is always a small amount of extra bags available once all preorders have shipped. Please do not combine a preorder with a ready to ship item. You can keep track of your bag production by following @magicallyhorrific on Instagram. If you do NOT have access to Social Media you may always inquire via email: MagicallyHorrific@outlook.com for updates on production. 

Preorder: Bags are limited to 5 per household. Orders that have more than 5 of the same design being sent to the SAME household will be canceled and refunded. Post-production: 2 per household. Continued void of this policy will result in be blocked from shopping with us.
